Travel Planning Terms & Conditions

By requesting travel planning services, submitting a research fee, approving an itinerary, or making a travel payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Travel Policies.

1. TRAVEL PLANNING & RESEARCH FEE

Enjoy Life Travel charges a $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee for personalized travel research and itinerary development.

The fee covers the time and professional services involved in researching travel options based on the information provided by the client, including, as applicable:

  • Destination options

  • Flights

  • Hotels and resorts

  • Cruises

  • Transportation

  • Excursions and activities

  • Tours and experiences

  • Travel dates

  • Budget considerations

  • Client preferences and requested amenities

The $50 fee must be paid before personalized travel research begins.

2. YOUR $50 FEE IS CREDITED TOWARD YOUR BOOKING

If you choose to book your trip through Enjoy Life Travel, your $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee will be credited toward your trip.

The $50 credit may be applied toward the applicable booking deposit/down payment or, when appropriate, the final payment.

The research fee is therefore not an additional fee when you complete your booking with Enjoy Life Travel.

3. RESEARCH FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE IF YOU DO NOT BOOK

The $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee is nonrefundable if you decide not to book your trip through Enjoy Life Travel.

This includes situations where you:

  • Decide not to travel;

  • Choose to postpone your trip;

  • Choose to book independently;

  • Book through another travel professional or company;

  • Change your destination or travel plans and do not proceed with a booking through Enjoy Life Travel.

The fee compensates Enjoy Life Travel for the research and planning services performed on your behalf.

4. FOUR CURATED TRAVEL OPTIONS

Each $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee includes up to four curated travel experience options based upon the client’s stated destination, dates, budget, preferences, and travel needs.

The four options may include different combinations of accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, cruises, tours, or other travel components.

The purpose of the four options is to give you meaningful choices while allowing us to provide personalized service.

5. ADDITIONAL RESEARCH OR MAJOR CHANGES

If a client requests additional research beyond the four curated options, or requests substantial changes that require a new round of research, Enjoy Life Travel may require an additional planning/research fee before performing additional research.

Examples may include:

  • Changing the destination after the initial research has been completed;

  • Changing travel dates substantially;

  • Requesting an entirely different type of trip;

  • Requesting numerous additional options after receiving the four curated experiences;

  • Requiring extensive itinerary reconstruction.

Any additional fee will be communicated to the client before additional research begins.

6. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All travel prices and availability are subject to change until the applicable travel supplier confirms the reservation.

Airfare, hotel rates, cruise fares, resort rates, excursions, taxes, fees, and other travel costs may change without notice.

A quoted price is not a guaranteed price or reservation unless and until the required payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by the applicable travel supplier.

Enjoy Life Travel is not responsible for price increases or loss of availability that occur before a reservation is confirmed.

7. RESEARCH DOES NOT HOLD OR RESERVE TRAVEL

Payment of the $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee does not reserve, hold, or guarantee airfare, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, or any other travel service.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been processed and confirmation has been received from the applicable travel supplier.

8. DEPOSITS & DOWN PAYMENTS

Once a client approves a travel arrangement and makes the required booking deposit or down payment, the deposit/down payment is nonrefundable to the extent permitted by the applicable travel supplier’s terms and conditions.

Some suppliers may have different cancellation or refund policies. Clients will be advised of applicable supplier terms when available.

The $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee is separate from a supplier’s required deposit unless it is specifically credited toward that deposit.

9. SUPPLIER TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, tour operator, transportation provider, activity provider, or other travel supplier involved in the booking.

Supplier policies may establish:

  • Deposit requirements;

  • Cancellation deadlines;

  • Cancellation penalties;

  • Change fees;

  • Nonrefundable rates;

  • Refund eligibility;

  • Credit eligibility;

  • Name-change restrictions;

  • No-show policies.

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the applicable supplier’s terms may control the refund or cancellation process.

10. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

If a client cancels a confirmed trip, Enjoy Life Travel will assist with the cancellation process when applicable.

Any refund, credit, or cancellation amount will be determined according to the applicable travel supplier’s rules.

Enjoy Life Travel does not guarantee that a supplier will issue a refund or travel credit.

The Enjoy Life Travel Travel Planning & Research Fee remains nonrefundable if the client cancels and does not proceed with another qualifying booking.

11. CLIENT-REQUESTED CHANGES

Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed may result in additional charges, penalties, fare differences, or supplier fees.

Clients are responsible for applicable charges imposed by travel suppliers as a result of changes requested by the client.

Additional planning or administrative fees may apply when substantial itinerary changes require significant additional work by Enjoy Life Travel.

12. ACCURACY OF CLIENT INFORMATION

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.

This includes, as applicable:

  • Full legal names;

  • Dates of birth;

  • Contact information;

  • Travel dates;

  • Passport information;

  • Identification information;

  • Loyalty program information;

  • Special requests;

  • Other information required by the travel supplier.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their booking information and notifying Enjoy Life Travel immediately of any errors.

Enjoy Life Travel is not responsible for penalties, fees, missed travel, or other losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied or approved by the client.

13. PASSPORTS, VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents and meeting all applicable entry and exit requirements.

This may include passports, visas, electronic travel authorizations, identification, vaccination documentation, or other destination-specific requirements.

Travel requirements may change. Clients should verify current requirements for their destination before traveling.

Enjoy Life Travel may provide general travel guidance, but travelers remain responsible for ensuring that their personal travel documentation is complete and valid.

14. TRAVEL INSURANCE & TRAVEL PROTECTION

Enjoy Life Travel strongly encourages travelers to consider travel insurance or other appropriate travel protection.

Travel insurance may provide protection for certain covered situations, which can include cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage issues, or other covered events depending on the policy purchased.

Travel insurance is subject to the insurer’s policy terms, exclusions, limitations, and eligibility requirements.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy carefully before purchasing.

15. SPECIAL REQUESTS

Enjoy Life Travel will make reasonable efforts to communicate special requests to travel suppliers.

Examples include:

  • Room preferences;

  • Dietary requests;

  • Accessibility requests;

  • Seating preferences;

  • Celebration requests;

  • Connecting rooms;

  • Special occasions.

A special request is not guaranteed unless the travel supplier specifically confirms it.

16. TRAVEL SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY

Enjoy Life Travel acts as a travel advisor and facilitator of travel arrangements and works with third-party travel suppliers.

Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and other suppliers are independent businesses.

Enjoy Life Travel does not control their operations, schedules, pricing, policies, staffing, equipment, or service delivery.

Clients agree that supplier-specific issues may be governed by the supplier’s own terms and conditions.

17. DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS & DISRUPTIONS

Travel can be affected by circumstances outside the control of Enjoy Life Travel, including:

  • Weather;

  • Airline delays or cancellations;

  • Mechanical issues;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Strikes;

  • Political events;

  • Health emergencies;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Supplier changes;

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

Enjoy Life Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist clients when disruptions occur, subject to supplier availability and applicable policies.

18. CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Clients are responsible for providing a valid email address and telephone number and for monitoring communications regarding their trip.

Important booking information, payment reminders, confirmations, deadlines, and travel updates may be communicated electronically.

Failure to receive or review communications does not automatically extend supplier payment or cancellation deadlines.

19. PAYMENT DEADLINES

Travel payments must be received by the deadlines established for the client’s reservation.

Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of the deposit, loss of promotional pricing, or other supplier-imposed penalties.

Enjoy Life Travel is not responsible for a reservation that is canceled because a client failed to make a required payment by the applicable deadline.

20. TRAVEL DOCUMENT REVIEW

Clients are encouraged to review all booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, names, dates, times, destinations, accommodations, and payment schedules immediately upon receipt.

Any discrepancy should be reported to Enjoy Life Travel as soon as possible.

21. NO GUARANTEE OF TRAVEL AVAILABILITY

Enjoy Life Travel does not guarantee that a particular airline seat, hotel room, cruise cabin, excursion, resort, fare, promotion, or other travel product will remain available.

Availability is controlled by the applicable travel supplier.

22. COMMUNICATION OF TOTAL TRIP COSTS

Before booking, clients will be provided with available pricing information and applicable known taxes, fees, deposits, and payment requirements.

Clients are encouraged to review what is and is not included in their selected travel arrangement before authorizing payment.

Items not included in the quoted price will be identified when known and applicable.

23. CLIENT ACCEPTANCE

By submitting the $50 Travel Planning & Research Fee, approving an itinerary, authorizing a booking, or making a travel payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Travel Policies.

The client understands that travel arrangements may be subject to additional terms imposed by individual travel suppliers.

24. POLICY CHANGES

Enjoy Life Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and Travel Policies as necessary.

The version applicable to a client’s booking will be the version presented to and accepted by the client at the time of the applicable transaction, subject to any mandatory changes imposed by law or travel suppliers.
